Sinclair, President of the Mammoth Oil Company and lessee of the Teapot Dome Naval Oil Reserve in Wyoming was indicted this afternoon by the Federal Grand Jury here on a charge of contempt of the United States Senate. The specific charge was the violation of Section 102.
