WASHINGTON COURT HOUSE, Ohio, April 11. -- Mal Daugherty and officials of the Midland National Bank not only blocked the efforts of the special Senatorial committee to investigate the supposed large accounts of former Attorney General Daugherty and the late Jess Smith, here today, but countered by filing an injunction restraining Senator Brookhart, Chairman of the committee, and Senator Wheeler, "prosecutor," who came here this morning to try to see the bank's books.
