WILLIAM COLLIER, after several seasons spent in revues, is back in farcical comedy again. Moreover, it is farcical comedy of his own authorship, and Mr. Collier knows well how to write for his own talents. The play, somewhat confusingly titled "Re: Ward," opened recently in Elmira, and this account of its content is contained in that town's Advertiser:
