COLD SPRING, N.Y., April 11. -- Edward W. Browning, who was married here yesterday to fifteen-year-old Frances Heenan, thirty-six years his junior, plans a long European honeymoon for his bride. The gray-haired realty broker, debonair and smiling, permitted that item of news to be made known today through a close friend.
