HILO, Hawaii, April 18 (AP). -- The flow of lava moving in the direction of Kahuku was within three miles of the Government road today, crackling and sizzling on an 1.800-foot front. As the molten stream rolls on it gathers momentum and is expected to reach the road by Monday.
