ALBANY, Sept. 25. -- Arrangements have been completed for the farewell Monday night to the Roy. Dr. Roelif H. Brooks of St. Paul's Church, who, on Oct. 1, is to become rector of St. Thomas's Church, New York City. The farewell will take place in the parish house of St. Paul's Church, over which congregation Dr. Brooks has ministered for the last twenty-one years.
