The program for the Greater Broadway celebration in connection with the tercentenary of the founding of New York City will open next Wednesday and continue for three days, ending with the opening of the new Paramount Theatre at Seventh Avenue and Forty-third Street, it was announced yesterday by John E. Gratke, Managing Director of the Broadway Association.
