DECISION LATE AT NIGHT; State Executive Backs the Original Verdict in Famous Case.
BOSTON, Aug. 3. -- That Nicola Sacco and Bartolomeo Vanzetti were guilty of the payroll murders and robbery at South Braintree on April 15, 1920, for which they have been condemned to die during the week of Aug. 10, was the decision of Governor Alvan T. Fuller, made public at 11:30 o'clock tonight at the State House.
