SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 17 (AP). -Admiral Richard H Jackson, commander-in-chief of the battle fleet, tonight directed five destroyers, in addition to the aircraft tender Aroostook and the aircraft carrier Langley, to search the Pacific for the missing Dole flight airplanes.
