MEXICO CITY, Nov. 13. -- General Alvaro Obregon, former President of Mexico, was attacked today by four men who made an attempt to assassinate him in the gardens of Chapultepec Palace. The quartet threw two bombs at the car in which the General was riding, and in the explosion he was cut in the face and hands by flying glass.
