NEW ORLEANS, La., Dec. 13.-- George Collins's Thistle Ann, a 3year-old daughter of Sir John Johnson and Even Money, won the Bob Shave Purse, feature at Jefferson Park today, and thus brought about one of the biggest upsets of the meeting to date.
