Kleinert, Acting Superintendent of Buildings for the Borough of Brooklyn, will address the members of the Brooklyn Real Estate Board at their monthly luncheon meeting in the Brooklyn Elks Club tomorrow. Mr. Kleinert will speak on the proposed building code which is soon to come before the city officials for action.
