PATERSON, N.J., Jan. 14. -- Starting fifty yards behind scratch and forced to make up a 200-yard allowance to the top handicap men, Joe McCluskey of Fordham triumphed in the two-mile race that featured the third annual golden shoe track and field games at the Paterson Armory tonight.
