ANN ARBOR, Mich., April 22 -- One honest man or woman willing to fight every case of graft and corruption in his municipal government which he saw, could outweigh eventually the influence of hundreds of political machine henchmen whose only interest in politics was the money or special privileges they hoped to obtain, former Judge Samuel Seabury of New York declared here at a University of Michigan convocation last evening.
