CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va., July 8. -- Declaring that the welfare of all countries is interdependent, Dr. Otto Nathan of New York, former adviser to the German Ministry of Economics, speaking today at the University of Virginia, took issue with those who advocate a policy of economic nationalism as a way out of the present world-wide depression.
