PHILADELPHIA, June 16. -- A change in plans which will result in the nomination of President Roosevelt on Friday evening, June 26, instead of a day earlier, was announced today by W. Forbes Morgan, secretary of the Democratic National Committee, as he made public the program of the national convention.
