THE MUNICIPAL AUDITORIUM, PHILADELPHIA, June 26. -- Campaignomania, an occupational disease common to politicians at recurrent intervals, notably in Presidential years, broke out on the floor of the Democratic convention today and spread rapidly until a large proportion of the visitors in the balconies was infected.
