ROME, Nov. 30. -- Italy, in common with all other League of Nations members, has received an invitation to attend the special Council session convoked to consider the Spanish Government's appeal. Whether or not the Italian Government will participate depends on the result of conversations the Italian Ambassadors in London and Paris are carrying on.
