The apartment house for fiftynine families at 200 Pinehurst Avenue, near West 187th Street, has been sold by the Hallcrest Building Corporation to an investing client of Nathan Strunsky, broker. It was erected by the seller in 1935 and contains 186 rooms. Delson, Levin  Gordon represented the buyer and Fred S. Weitzner the seller.
