The attack on Mayor La Guardia yesterday provokes the Lokal-Anzeiger in a front-page editorial today to say, "Not his victim should be sympathized with, but the attacker himself." The paper declares the assailant acted out of necessity induced by conditions in the, United States fostered by Mr., La Guardia and "the people of his circle," who include among others "the gangster Musica."
