WASHINGTON, June 9.--Today was ladies' day at the White House, and Queen Elizabeth's day all day long. Wherever she went, whatever she wore and whomever she met, the Queen continued to exert that special brand of charm which yesterday won Washington's populace and its visitors on her initial appearance here.
