ALLIED HEADQUARTERS IN THE SOUTHWEST PACIFIC, Monday, March 20 -- Lorengau, on Manus Island, fell at 6 P.M. Saturday to American troopers of the dismounted First Cavalry Division following a desperate stand by the Japanese garrison in underground bunkers in the center of the town, and all vital areas of the Admiralties were in our hands eighteen days after the original landing, Gen. Douglas MacArthur reported today.

John Cameron is a British composer, arranger, conductor and musician. He is well known for his many film, TV and stage credits, and for his contributions to pop recordings, notably those by Donovan, Cilla Black and the group Hot Chocolate. Cameron's instrumental version of Led Zeppelin's "Whole Lotta Love", became a hit for his group CCS and, for many years, a version of Cameron's arrangement was used as the theme music for the BBC TV show Top of the Pops.

In 1990, Cosby earned a master's degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, followed by a Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.) in 1992.
