ADVANCED HEADQUARTERS on Leyte, Wednesday, Dec. 13 -- In another raging sea and air battle, lasting forty-eight hours off the northwest coast of Leyte, another Japanese convoy was cut to pieces. An American convoy, attacked off Ormoc by Japanese planes, suffered less serious losses.
