HOLLYWOOD. MAJOR company filming schedules point to an increase in the production of so-called "B" pictures dur ing the next several months.

Sales of Manhattan properties continued at a high level during February, with the figures for that month and for the first two months of 1945 well ahead of the comparable period for last year, according to the monthly market survey of the Real Estate Board of New York.
