The high level of residential mortgage financing during 1946 will bring the nation's debt on homes to the record mark of $23,000,000,000 by the end of the year, according to estimates contained in the forthcoming issue of the Federal Home Loan Bank Review, published by the Federal Home Loan Bank System.
