WASHINGTON, Sept. 5 -- The Railway Express Agency has agreed to a wage increase of 15 1/2 cents an hour for 75,000 workers, representing 90 per cent of its employes, it was announced here today. An agreement was reached between George M. Harrison, president of the American Federation of Labor Brotherhood of Railway Clerks, and A.M. Hartung, vice president of the agency.
