GERMANS GET ROLE IN RUHR GOAL PLAN; Output Is Put in Their Hands Under Anglo-U.S. Control -- 300,000-Ton Goal Is Set
WASHINGTON, Sept. 10 -- A twelve-point program to raise the coal output in the German Ruhr to 300,000 tons a day by the end of this year and to place full responsibility for production in German hands under Anglo-American control was announced by the two Governments tonight.
