JERUSALEM, Feb. 29 -- Twenty-eight British soldiers were killed when three cars on a Cairo-to-Haifa train were blown up by land mines near Rehovoth, south of Tel Aviv, today. Two of thirty-five men detained in a hospital died later, and it was feared that the final death toll might be heavier.
