LONDON, Jan. 28 -- The time has come to grant de facto recognition to Israel, the five Brussels Pact powers agreed today. Those British Dominions that have not yet recognized Tel Aviv have also agreed to do so, it was stated here. Therefore a number of recognitions, including that of Britain, are expected tomorrow, Sunday and Monday.
