WASHINGTON, June 3 -- The Truman Administration will retreat from its hitherto unyielding position favoring its own labor relations bill and will accept the best bill it can get in the form of a revised law. This was the major development of a Democratic Senatorial conference today at which "middle - of - the - road" members urged adherence to five bipartisan amendments.
