C.V. Whitney, who doesn't really need the money, won his second big purse of the week at Jamaica yesterday when his 4-year-old colt Cold Command collected first money of $38,150 in the $56,200 Westchester Handicap. Whitney's Fisherman won $60,100 in the East View Stakes last Wednesday.
