The nation's newest medical school -- the Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University -- was dedicated yesterday. Five thousand persons attended the ceremonies in front of the sparkling, clean-lined building at Morris Park Avenue and Eastchester Road, in the East Bronx. presented by the college's first class of fifty-three young men and three young women to Dr. Hans Albert Einstein, son of the man for whom the school was named.

BONN, Germany, Monday, Oct. 24 -- The overwhelming defeat of the statute designed to "Europeanize" the Saar has brought an emotional surge of pride and rejoicing in West Germany and at the same time an effort to stave off a crisis in French-German relations.
