FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -- The apartment-construction boom in Florida continues to grow. Four projects totaling about $20,000,000 are to be started soon in this area. Two of these, the $9,000,000 Coral Ridge Towers, a sixteen-story building with 330 apartments in the Galt Ocean Mile district, and the $4,000,000 Atlantic Towers, are being financed under an F.H.A. program that permits forty-year mortgages and low initial down payments.
