UNITED NATIONS, N. Y., Jan. 24 -- Ambassador Gunnar V. Jarring will return here Monday for consultations with Secretary General Thant and the representatives of the United States, Britain, France and the Soviet Union on a stronger role for the United Nations in the quest for peace in the Middle East.
