JERUSALEM, April 20 -- Israeli officials reported today that their forces had clashed with Egyptian commandos on the eastern bank of the Suez Canal, fought lengthy duels with Jordanian artillerymen across the Jordan River and killed five guerrilla infiltrators in the latest intensification of hostilities around this country.
