BEIRUT, Lebanon, Nov. 26 (AP)&#8212;The newspaper Al Jaryda reported today that Egypt had put its land, air and naval forces on maximum alert to face a &#8220;warlike&#8221; Israeli build up of troops and armor east of the Suez Canal. The news paper's Cairo correspondent said the Israeli build&#8208;up was disclosed by recent Egyptian spy flights over the Sinai Desert.
