Pres Nixon meets with EEC exec comm pres F M Malfatti, Washington; P G Peterson, exec dir of Pres's council on internatl econ policy, says Malfatti is 'confident' that negotiations for entry of GB, Denmark, Norway and Ireland into EEC will succeed; Malfatti says EEC is willing to open discussions with all trading partners and to examine full range of problems that stand in way of improving world trade once negotiations for enlargement have been completed, s, Overseas Writers Club; notes this could not occur before '73
