NYS Gov Rockefeller says Nixon's proposals to provide extra funds for Fed lunch program will increase substantially effectiveness of state's own lunch program, which is budgeted at $2.5-million for '72-73; state officials say NYS can obtain as much as $10-million from new program

AFEW weeks ago, when the stock market was proceeding strongly and blithely to new highs in some indexes, Wall Street talk indicated that stock prices might have to undergo a correction of some dimension before the market could pierce the magic and elusive 1,000 level in the Dow‐Jones industrial stock barometer.

SING Hallelujah! At last a cham pion has arisen who not only favors lower ticket prices for Broadway shows but who also means to do something about it. Harold Prince, one of the theater's most suc cessful producers — he also directs— discloses that for his next musical pro duction he expects to price his orches tra from $6 to $15, instead of the $12 weekdays and $15 Fridays and Satur days that prevails for the orchestra for most musicals. Those with champagne tastes, he contends, will be willing to pay top price for front and center. After the first six rows the prices will decline gradually to the minimum.
