Sept 12: Israeli Belgian embassy clerk O Zadok is lured to Brussels cafe on Sept 11 and critically wounded by gunfire as he waited for information he had been promised on plans for terrorist attack on embassy; Zadok reptdly went to cafe after receiving telephone call from man reptdly identifying himself as M A Rabbat offering to give information at place other than Israeli Embassy; Israeli Foreign Ministry issues statement saying man identified himself as Moroccan; J Reding, proprietor of Princess Cafe, says 2 men who looked like Arabs entered his restaurant and moved toward rear of cafe where Zadok was sitting; says he heard 4 or 5 shots, saw Zadok stagger and 2 men escape; Belgian press repts identify gunman as H Joudat, who was recently released from Belgian prison to which he had been sentenced for stealing passports from Moroccan Embassy and for threatening to kill amb; rept Joudat said he belonged to Al Fatah guerrilla group at his trial
