WASHINGTON, Nov. 9—Atomic Energy Commission cuments show that for at least, the last 10 years the commis‐sion has repeatedly sought to suppress studies by its own scientists that found nuclear reactors were more dangerous than officially acknowledged that raised questions about reactor safety devices.
