Patrick J Cunningham refuses to sign waiver of immunity before special state grand jury; goes to Fed ct to challenge constitutionality of state election law that would remove him as Dem State Chmn and Bronx party leader because of his refusal; Cunningham's disclosure about waiver comes in suit filed in US Dist Ct before Judge Charles H Tenney, who tentatively sets hearing for Apr 16; Tenney temporarily sets aside automatic application of law until Apr 19; notes he hopes by then to convene special 3-judge Fed panel to hear arguments on law, which automatically removes Cunningham from office and disqualifies him from holding any party or public office for 5 yrs (L)

Christian Älvestam is a Swedish vocalist, guitarist, bassist and drummer for several bands from Sweden. He is, however, best known as the former vocalist for the Swedish melodic death metal band Scar Symmetry. He currently performs with several bands, including Solution .45, Miseration, Cipher System, Svavelvinter, Ill-Wisher, Pre-Human Vaults and has made several guest appearances for other music bands. He is most known in the metal community for possessing both an extreme clean singing range and an ability to make powerful growls.

Georgina Chapman

She was a regular cast member on Project Runway All Stars (2012–2019) and, together with Keren Craig, is a co-founder of the fashion label Marchesa. She is the first player from the University of Nebraska to ever play in the WNBA. She was one of the players selected to play in the historic WNBA vs. USA Basketball Game.
