WASHINGTON, Dec. 7—The Securities and Exchange Commission today accused the Hyatt Corporation of having failed to disclose conflicts of interest between it and the Pritzker family, which controls 35 percent of the company's stock. Hyatt operates hotels, hospitals and gambling casinos.
