Dr. Arnold Wolf as he spoke at meeting held by residents of the Borough Park section of Brooklyn in Franklin D. Roosevelt High School Monday night. He spoke of common goals and made a request for more police protection of the neighborhood. About 100 residents were present to discuss the area's problems with members of the 66th Police Precinct and the precinct community council.
