The Dance Theater of Harlem, beset by financial difficulties in recent times, is back in New York City for the first time in two years—and just in time for its 10th anniversary. Performances at City Center, 131 West 55th Street, are tonight at 8, tomorrow and Sunday at 2 and 8 P.M. Tonight's program highlights works choreographed by Arthur Mitchell, the company's codirector, and the world premiere of a new piece by Carmen de Lavallade. The program tomorrow night is all Balanchine — Mr. Mitchell's tribute to his mentor, George Balanchine, who once made him a member of the New York City Ballet.
