A Federal judge in Washington will bold hearings on whether to ground all DC‐10 jetliners until the cause of the recent Chicago crash is found. He initially ordered the Federal Aviation, Administration to ground all of the DC‐10's, but later agreed; to hold a rehearing this morning. The order was issued at the request of the Airline Passengers Association, a consumer group. [Page A1.]
