MANAGUA, Nicaragua, June 22 - The Sandinist guerrilla movement, today rejected any outside intervention in the Nicaraguan war, and President Anastasio Somoza Debayle said he would await the outcome of a debate by the Organization of American States before responding to a United States call for his resignation.

Carter Administration officials say that Cuba is heavily engaged in supplying arms and training instructors for guerrilla forces in civil war in Nicaragua; add that Venezuela and Costa Rica are aiding guerrillas of Sandinist National Liberation Front and Panama is also suspected of cooperating with anti-Somoza forces; State Dept spokesman Hodding Carter 3d declines to discuss specifics of Cuban military intervention (M)
