Two Who Own Studio 54 Cited On Tax Charges
Studio 54 discotheque owners Steven Rubell and Ian Schrager indicted on 12 counts of 'systematically' skimming more than $2.5 million, or 60% of gross cash receipts from discotheque, NYC, virtually on daily basis for last 2 years; Federal prosecutors also announce Jack Dushey, another owner, pleaded guilty to charges; Dushey is believed cooperating with Govt; also named in indictment is Richard DeCourcey, manager and bookkeeper for Studio 54 (M)
