WASHINGTON, March 1--Arthur H. Christy, the special Federal prosecutor appointed to investigate allegations that Hamilton Jordan used cocaine, has convened a grand jury. and subpoenaed information from ABC News for possible use as evidence, according to persons familiar with the investigation.
