Rain Gives Yankees An Extra Day Game

The tropical storm that soaked the New York region yesterday will bring an extra day of afternoon baseball to Yankee Stadium. Game 1 of the American League Championship Series between the Yankees and the Baltimore Orioles was postponed last night, and will be played this afternoon at 4:07, with only the possibility of a shower. Game 2 will be played tomorrow afternoon, originally a travel day, at 3:07. Game 1 tickets will be honored today, Game 2 tickets tomorrow. The four-of-seven-game series moves to Baltimore on Friday.
