 Computer Stocks Rally, But Dow Declines 29.07  The Nasdaq market gained for the fourth consecutive session, lifted by a rally in computer issues that sent its index up 6.12 points, to 1,287.32.     The Dow Jones industrial average, in its first two-day losing streak in more than a month, slid 29.07 points, to 6,499.34, as Disney and oil shares fell with investors taking profits before the Thanksgiving holiday. $(Page D7.$)    The prices of Treasury securities rose in a shortened session, bolstered by a surge in the dollar against the Japanese yen. The 30-year bond gained 7/32, to 1011/32, pushing its yield down to 6.42 percent. $(D13.$)    Economic Growth Revised to 2%  The economy's growth was just slightly slower in the third quarter than initially estimated -- 2 percent versus 2.2 percent -- the Commerce Department said. Also, orders for durable goods rose one-tenth of 1 percent in October, suggesting that the nation is continuing to enjoy modest growth and low inflation. $(D4.$)    AT&T Upsets Japanese Competitors  AT&T upset Japanese competitors by offering to provide discount international calls to Japanese customers, using a technique known as call-back service to make calls technically originate in America, where rates are lower. Some countries prohibit the technique, and AT&T itself once condemned it as unfair. $(D3.$)    Cardinal Health to Buy Owen   Cardinal Health said it would buy Owen Healthcare for $27.25 a share, or $496 million, in stock. By combining Owen's pharmacy management services with its own drug distribution network, Cardinal intends to broaden the services it offers hospitals. $(D2.$)    In an Accord, Technology Before Art  Hollywood directors and cinematographers are conspicuously unhappy with this week's landmark agreement on digital television by the computer, broadcasting and consumer electronics industries.
